What a wine storage cabinet does

A wine storage cabinet is set up for longer rest: one stable cellar temperature, controlled humidity and protection from light. It is the better match if you age bottles rather than chill them for tonight. For serving temperature, use a climate cabinet or wine fridge.

XARO offers storage cabinets from brands such as Liebherr, Caviss, Avintage and Artevino. Larger Liebherr models can hold a few hundred bottles. Always check the stated bottle count against Bordeaux-size bottles; wider Burgundy bottles reduce capacity.
