As a wine fridge for the hospitality trade, the WFbli 7741 has one precisely adjustable temperature zone with a setting range of 5 °C to 20 °C. This lets you store a large wine collection for the long term under constant conditions, without sacrificing flexibility when serving.
Forced-air cooling distributes the temperature evenly throughout the entire 642-litre interior, while HumiditySelect keeps the humidity at the desired level so corks stay moist and bottles remain well sealed. A FreshAir activated carbon filter in the back wall also ensures fresh air inside the cabinet.
Room for 284 bottles, neatly organised
This professional wine serving cabinet holds up to 284 Bordeaux bottles of 0.75 litres. The seven metal support shelves with a wooden trim strip are height-adjustable, so you can easily adapt the layout to different bottle sizes. Thanks to neck-to-neck storage, you make use of every centimetre of interior space.
For serving, the cabinet has a pull-out EasyServe basket with a beechwood handle, allowing you to present bottles at the table quickly and neatly.
Security tailored to a large collection
The larger the collection, the more important good security becomes. The electronic door lock (eDoorLock) unlocks with a personal PIN code, preventing unauthorised use. The display can also be locked separately with a three-digit code, so settings cannot be changed by accident.
TempProtect Plus continuously measures the temperature with two independent sensors and warns you of any critical deviation. If the door is open for longer than 60 seconds, a visual and audible door alarm sounds, backed up by pulsing appliance lighting. You are also alerted immediately in the event of a power cut or other fault. A child lock prevents the appliance from being switched off by accident.
Operation and convenience
The Touch & Swipe display makes this hospitality wine cabinet easy to operate in nine languages, handy for a diverse restaurant team. Via the integrated SmartDevice box, you can link the cabinet to the Liebherr SmartDevice platform, so you can view and adjust settings remotely and receive safety notifications directly on your smartphone.
The EasyFill loading aid automatically holds the door open at an opening angle of 90 degrees while you fill the cabinet; the SelfClosing mechanism then pulls the door shut in a controlled way for a stable interior climate. A SabbathMode is built in for use on religious days of rest.
Quiet presentation with extra protection
With a noise level of 38 dB (noise emission class C), this large wine serving cabinet stays remarkably quiet, thanks to the VibrateSafe compressors specially developed by Liebherr. This makes it ideal for placing in full view of your guests.
The black model with an insulated glass door, anthracite metal back wall and LightColumn lighting on both sides presents the collection impressively. The dimmable presentation lighting can stay on permanently, so the wines remain clearly visible even when the door is closed. UVProtect Plus protects the bottles with three layers against harmful UV radiation.
With energy consumption of 121 kWh per year and energy class E, consumption stays modest in relation to the large capacity.
