What is a plancha or brasero?

A plancha is a flat outdoor griddle for vegetables, fish and meat. Brasero Hexagone models are a visual centrepiece on a terrace. Compare with a BBQ if you want a grate and open fire, or a outdoor fridge for a full outdoor kitchen.
