NIMO vented drying cabinet - DC 120 WW - White
The NIMO DC 120 WW is an advanced vented drying cabinet with sensor-controlled technology that measures the humidity inside the cabinet and adjusts the drying time automatically. Thanks to smart airflow control, clothes are dried efficiently and economically, without excessive heat that could damage the fabric. This makes the drying cabinet ideal for sports clubs and professional use, such as drying workwear and firefighter suits.
The drying cabinet offers several removable hanging options. As standard, it comes with 4 special hangers for suits and 4 glove hangers on the doors. A ceiling hanger for shoes and gloves is also available separately for reproofing these items. This ensures optimal air circulation through the garments and even drying. The drying cabinet also prevents moist air from leaking out by working with negative air pressure, which gives you controlled and efficient air extraction.
How does the DC 120 WW vented drying cabinet work?
The DC 120 WW drying cabinet uses a powerful air extraction system. Moist air is drawn out of the cabinet and vented straight outside through a ventilation duct. As a result, garments dry quickly and efficiently without condensation forming in the room.
With a drying capacity of 4 suits, the cabinet offers plenty of space for different kinds of textiles, including delicate fabrics and specialist clothing.
The drying cabinet has two automatic drying programmes:
- Impregnate - Used for drying newer turnout gear with an impregnated surface layer. The programme restores and renews this surface layer. This programme uses a high temperature for the impregnation.
- Normal - Used for drying older, lined turnout gear. This programme dries at a lower temperature.
The built-in drying sensor automatically detects how damp the clothing is and stops the programme as soon as the fabric is completely dry. This prevents wasted energy and keeps your clothing in top condition.
Vented drying cabinet vs heat pump
Unlike a heat pump drying cabinet, which recirculates warm air and condenses the moisture, a vented drying cabinet expels moist air straight outside. This shortens the drying time and is ideal for rooms with suitable air extraction.
