The NIMO Passad 120 is the large drying cabinet in the NIMO heat pump range. With 16 metres of clothesline and a 120 cm width, it dries up to twice the laundry of the Passad 60 - ideal for families.

Like all NIMO drying cabinets, the Passad 120 hangs clothes on lines inside the cabinet. Warm air circulates freely and evaporates moisture. No drum, no friction, no shrinkage. Wool, silk, Gore-Tex and delicate fabrics all dry safely.

The built-in heat pump reduces energy consumption by up to 65%. The system works in a closed loop - no external wall vent is needed.

What can you dry in the Passad 120?

Everything you would hang on a line: cotton, wool, silk, sportswear, suits, dresses, bedding, towels, Gore-Tex jackets. Because there is no drum, even the most delicate textiles dry without damage.

The Passad 120 is 120 cm wide, 60 cm deep and 190 cm tall. It needs a standard 230 V socket and a drain connection for condensate.

What is the NIMO Passad 120?

The NIMO Passad 120 is a wide heat pump drying cabinet with double saloon doors for about 24 kg of laundry (dry weight), equal to 19 metres of clothesline. What is the difference between a drying cabinet and a tumble dryer?

In a tumble dryer the laundry spins in a drum; the friction loosens fibres and clothes wear faster. In a drying cabinet the laundry hangs still while warm, dry air dries the fabric. That way you can also dry coats, suits, uniforms, wool and sportswear without wear. With the glove hooks and the shoe rack you can also dry gloves and shoes.

Does the NIMO Passad 120 need an outside vent?

No. The NIMO Passad 120 is a fully closed system: moisture condenses during drying and the water drains through a hose. No exhaust air connection is needed. The heat pump and electronics sit at the top of the cabinet, which makes maintenance easy.

How do you operate the NIMO Passad 120?

There are two programmes: Normal drying for clothes of normal thickness and Extra dry for thick clothes. Both switch off automatically once the fabric is dry. The powerful fan makes the garments flutter, which speeds up drying, and the built-in lighting gives a clear view inside the cabinet.
