The Swisscave Panel Ready 45 WIB-45FP is a built-in wine climate cabinet for 22 Bordeaux bottles, 44.7 cm high and 55.9 cm wide. It is part of the Swisscave Luxury Kitchen: developed for precise integration into high-quality kitchens, with refined materials and presentation lighting. One temperature zone, adjustable from 5 to 20 °C, keeps the whole collection at the same, constant temperature.
Behind the door, which you clad with a front from your own kitchen, the bottles rest on 3 sapele (mahogany) wood shelves that pull out. The cabinet is built to store wine and bring it to the right serving temperature.

Room for 22 bottles
The 22 bottles rest on 3 shelves made of untreated sapele (mahogany) wood with handy grip bars. Each shelf pulls out up to 80 per cent on ball-bearing telescopic runners, so you can easily reach the bottles at the back too.
Swisscave bases this on Bordeaux bottles with all shelves in place. Larger bottles, such as a 1.5-litre magnum, go on the top or bottom shelf. The image shows the bottle layout according to Swisscave.
Panel Ready door and lighting
The WIB-45FP has a Panel Ready door: you clad the door with a front from your own kitchen, so the cabinet blends completely into the units. The body is made of black coated steel.
White all-round lighting shows off your bottles; a separate switch turns the lighting on or off.
How the WIB-45FP stores your wine
Constant temperature: combined fan and convection cooling distributes the cold air throughout the cabinet. You set the temperature between 5 and 20 °C.
Even in a cold room: thanks to the winter heating function, the cabinet holds the set temperature when the room around it gets colder. With climate class SN-T, it works in a room between 10 and 43 °C.
Clean air: the active carbon filter keeps the air inside fresh, so outside odours do not affect your wine. Swisscave recommends a humidity of 50 to 70 per cent.
Peace and quiet for the wine: the cabinet has a vibration-free design and runs on a JP-STD compressor with a quiet fan. The noise level is 39 dB(A). The refrigerant is the environmentally friendly R600a.
Controls, alarms and security
On the control panel, two digital displays show both the set and the actual temperature. If the temperature drifts or the door is left open, you will hear a signal. After a power cut, the cabinet remembers the set temperature.

The WIB-45FP is made to be built into a kitchen unit. The niche measures 45 x 56.2 x 58.3 cm (h x w x d). The Swisscave installation drawing shows the exact dimensions for the niche and the ventilation. The door is hinged on the right; reversing it to the left is available as an option.
