The ILVE PMI127S3/SS is a 120 cm freestanding induction range cooker from the Panoramagic series, in stainless steel. It has 7 induction zones and two ovens of 97 and 43 litres.

Induction hob
The hob has 7 induction zones operated with control knobs, each with 9 power levels. The boost function brings water to the boil extra fast. The bridge zones link up into one large cooking area, handy for a griddle or a large roasting pan. A residual heat indicator shows which zone is still hot.

Two ovens
The large oven has a 97 litre cavity, 15 functions and a temperature range of 30 to 320 °C. You control it with a TFT touchscreen. The steam vent lets you choose dry or moist cooking. The core temperature probe shows exactly when meat is done. The diagonal rotisserie fits a large joint or a whole bird. The door has triple glazing and soft-close.
