The ILVE PI096WE3/BG is a 90 cm freestanding induction range cooker from the Professional Plus series, in blue grey. It has 6 induction zones and a 97 litre oven.

Induction hob
The hob has 6 induction zones operated with control knobs, each with 9 power levels. The boost function brings water to the boil extra fast. The bridge zones link up into one large cooking area, handy for a griddle or a large roasting pan. A residual heat indicator shows which zone is still hot.
