The ILVE PDI106NE3/SS is a 100 cm freestanding induction range cooker from the Nostalgie series, in stainless steel. It has 6 induction zones and two ovens of 65 and 57 litres.

Induction hob
The hob has 6 induction zones operated with control knobs, each with 9 power levels. The boost function brings water to the boil extra fast. The bridge zones link up into one large cooking area, handy for a griddle or a large roasting pan. A residual heat indicator shows which zone is still hot.

- Multi-level fan cooking: several dishes at once without smells mixing, such as lasagne and tarts
