The ILVE OV948SLE3/SS is a electric built-in oven, 90 cm wide and 48 cm high, from the Professional Plus series, in stainless steel. It has a 97 litre cavity, 10 functions and an electronically controlled temperature range of 30 to 300 °C.

Cleaning
The cavity walls are easy-clean enamel, so grease is less likely to bake on. The grill element folds down, giving you easy access to the top of the cavity.

- Pizza function: heat mainly from below, for pizza, bread and focaccia
- Multi-level fan cooking: several dishes at once without smells mixing, such as lasagne and tarts

- Grill with door closed: deep grilling of meat, fish and vegetables
- ECO cooking: slow cooking using less electricity, not intended for frozen food
Door and safety
The full glass door has triple glazing, so the outside stays cool. The soft-close hinges let the door close gently. A cooling fan removes heat and protects the surrounding kitchen units. The double oven light switches on automatically when you open the door.

The OV948SLE3 fits a niche of 86 x 47.5 x 56 cm (W x H x D), in a tall unit or under the worktop. Leave 8 cm free at the back for ventilation. The ILVE installation drawing shows the exact dimensions.
