Cleaning

The cavity walls are easy-clean enamel, so grease is less likely to bake on. The grill element folds down, giving you easy access to the top of the cavity.

The oven has electronic controls. The electronic thermostat holds the temperature precisely. Quick start brings the oven up to temperature fast.

With the steam extraction you decide how much moisture stays in the oven: juicy meat or a dry, crisp result. Most cooking modes also come in a moist version. All 16 functions:

Pizza function: heat mainly from below, for pizza, bread and focaccia
Quick start: fast preheating, and quick defrosting at 30 to 40 °C
Multi-level fan cooking: several dishes at once without smells mixing, such as lasagne and tarts
Intensive cooking: fast and crisp, for potatoes, vegetables and chicken
Intensive cooking with moisture: with the steam vent closed, for braised meat and stews
Grill with door closed: deep grilling of meat, fish and vegetables
ECO cooking: slow cooking using less electricity, not intended for frozen food

Door and safety

The full glass door has triple glazing, so the outside stays cool. The soft-close hinges let the door close gently. A cooling fan removes heat and protects the surrounding kitchen units. The double oven light switches on automatically when you open the door. The child lock secures the controls.
