Which oven functions does the ILVE OV601ST3 have?

The oven has 16 functions, including a pizza function, defrost, quick start, fan and conventional cooking, grilling with the door closed, top and bottom heat and an ECO mode. Most cooking modes also come in a moist version. With the adjustable steam vent you decide how much moisture stays in the oven, for juicy meat or a crisp crust.

How do you clean the OV601ST3?

The cavity walls are easy clean enamel, so dirt is less likely to bake on. The grill folds down, so you can also reach the top of the cavity. The oven also has hydrolytic cleaning: a little water in the oven softens baked-on dirt, which you then simply wipe away.

How safe is the OV601ST3 oven door?

The full glass door has triple glazing and a soft-close hinge, so it closes gently. Forced cooling draws heat away, and the child lock locks the controls. The oven light switches on automatically.

What electrical connection does the OV601ST3 need?

The maximum power input is 3.2 kW. That usually fits a standard single-phase circuit. Do have a qualified electrician check and carry out the connection.

What is the difference between the ILVE OV601ST3 and the OV91NT31?

The OV601ST3 is 60 cm wide with a 65 litre cavity, for a standard oven niche. The ILVE OV91NT31 Nostalgie is 90 cm wide with 110 litres and a range up to 300 °C. The OV601ST3 reaches 320 °C. If you have room for a wide oven, the OV91NT31 is the larger alternative.
