The ILVE 645SHSW1/BU is a compact built-in combi oven with oven, steam and microwave functions, 60 cm wide and 45.5 cm high, from the Professional Plus series, in Bordeaux red. It has a 36 litre cavity, 8 functions and an electronically controlled temperature range of 30 to 250 °C. Oven, steam oven and microwave in one appliance.

Cleaning with steam
The steam cleaning programme softens grease and food residue in the cavity, so you can wipe it away with a cloth afterwards. The cavity is stainless steel (AISI 304).

You operate the oven with a TFT touchscreen. The electronic thermostat holds the temperature precisely.
Steam, fan, grill and microwave can also be combined, so you cook faster while keeping the flavour. All 8 functions:

Door and safety
The full glass door has triple glazing, so the outside stays cool. A cooling fan removes heat and protects the surrounding kitchen units.

The 645SHSW1 fits a niche of 56 x 45 x 57 cm (W x H x D), in a tall unit or under the worktop. Leave 8 cm free at the back for ventilation. The ILVE installation drawing shows the exact dimensions.
