Cleaning

The cavity walls are easy-clean enamel, so grease is less likely to bake on.

The oven has electronic controls. The electronic thermostat holds the temperature precisely. Quick start brings the oven up to temperature fast. At 400 °C the pizza base gets a crisp crust in a short time.

With the steam extraction you decide how much moisture stays in the oven: juicy meat or a dry, crisp result. Most cooking modes also come in a moist version. All 16 functions:

Door and safety

The full glass door has triple glazing, so the outside stays cool. The soft-close hinges let the door close gently. A cooling fan removes heat and protects the surrounding kitchen units. The child lock secures the controls.
