The Swisscave Premium 120 Black WLB-120DF-BLACK is a freestanding wine climate cabinet for 26 Bordeaux bottles, 84.3 cm high and 49 cm wide. It is part of the Swisscave Premium Edition: the balanced specification for demanding storage and refined presentation, made for everyday use. Two temperature zones, each adjustable from 5 to 20 °C, let you keep red and white wine at the right temperature at the same time.
Behind the glass door the bottles rest on 3 beech wood shelves that pull out. The cabinet is built to store wine and bring it to the right serving temperature.

Room for 26 bottles
The 26 bottles rest on 3 shelves made of beech wood. The shelves pull out on ball-bearing telescopic runners.
Swisscave bases this on Bordeaux bottles with all shelves in place. Larger bottles, such as a 1.5-litre magnum, go on the bottom shelf. The image shows the bottle layout according to Swisscave.
Glass door and lighting
The door is made of two layers of UV-resistant, gas-filled insulating glass. This keeps harmful light out and the cold in. A slim edge of black anodised, brushed aluminium frames the glass. The body is made of black coated steel.
Inside, all-round lighting creates an attractive presentation. You choose the colour yourself: white, blue or amber, and switch the lighting on or off with its own switch.
How the WLB-120DF-BLACK stores your wine
Two zones: you set both temperature zones independently, from 5 to 20 °C. Combined fan and convection cooling distributes the cold air evenly.
Even in a cold room: thanks to the winter heating function, the cabinet holds the set temperature when the room around it gets colder. With climate class SN-T, it works in a room between 10 and 43 °C.
Clean air: two active carbon filters keep the air inside fresh, so outside odours do not affect your wine. Swisscave recommends a humidity of 50 to 70 per cent.
Peace and quiet for the wine: the cabinet has a vibration-free design and runs on a speed-controlled Embraco Fullmotion compressor with a quiet fan. The noise level is 41 dB(A). The refrigerant is the environmentally friendly R600a.
Controls, alarms and security
You operate the cabinet via the control panel, which switches between Celsius and Fahrenheit. If the temperature drifts or the door is left open, you will hear a signal. After a power cut, the cabinet remembers the set temperature.
