The Liebherr XRFsd 5265 Prime is a side-by-side fridge freezer: two freestanding appliances that stand next to each other as a set. On the left is the NoFrost freezer SFNsdd 526i, on the right the fridge with BioFresh Professional SRBsdd 526i. Together 661 litres: 384 litres of fridge space and 277 litres of freezer space.

The set measures 185.5 x 120.4 x 67.5 cm (height x width x depth) and weighs 153.6 kg in total. Both appliances have stainless steel doors with SmartSteel, which makes fingerprints less visible and bar handles with an opening mechanism.

How the set is laid out

The SFNsdd 526i is a full freezer of 277 litres with 7 freezer drawers, adjustable from -15 °C to -28 °C. With VarioSpace you take out drawers and shelves for large items, such as a cake or a turkey.

The SRBsdd 526i is a fridge without a freezer compartment, adjustable from +3 °C to +9 °C, with the BioFresh safes at the bottom. More models: American fridges.

BioFresh Professional: fresh for longer around 0 °C

In the BioFresh safes meat, fish, dairy, fruit and vegetables stay fresh for longer at around 0 °C. The Fish & Seafood box is meant for fresh fish and seafood.

Ice cubes and water connection

The IceTower makes 0.8 kg of ice cubes a day and keeps a 8 kg stock. It needs a fixed water connection. There is no water or ice dispenser in the door: you take the ice cubes from the freezer.

Controls and energy

You control both appliances on the 2.4-inch Touch & Swipe colour display. The SmartDeviceBox is standard: over Wi-Fi you see alerts and settings in the Liebherr app. Each appliance has its own energy label: the SFNsdd 526i class D (199 kWh per year, 34 dB), the SRBsdd 526i class D (134 kWh per year, 34 dB). Together that is 333 kWh per year.
