The Liebherr XRFsf 5240 Plus is a side-by-side fridge freezer: two freestanding appliances that stand next to each other as a set. On the left is the NoFrost freezer SFNsfd 5247, on the right the fridge with EasyFresh SRsfd 5220. Together 676 litres: 399 litres of fridge space and 277 litres of freezer space.
The set measures 185.5 x 122.6 x 67.5 cm (height x width x depth) and weighs 141.5 kg in total. Both appliances have SteelFinish doors (steel with a stainless look) and recessed side grips, so no protruding handle.

How the set is laid out
The SFNsfd 5247 is a full freezer of 277 litres with 7 freezer drawers, adjustable from -15 °C to -28 °C. With VarioSpace you take out drawers and shelves for large items, such as a cake or a turkey.
The SRsfd 5220 is a fridge without a freezer compartment, adjustable from +2 °C to +9 °C, with the EasyFresh safe at the bottom. More models: American fridges.
EasyFresh: fruit and vegetables apart
The EasyFresh safe is a closed drawer for loose fruit and vegetables, separate from the rest of the fridge.
Ice cubes and water connection
The IceTower makes 0.8 kg of ice cubes a day and keeps a 8 kg stock. It needs a fixed water connection. There is no water or ice dispenser in the door: you take the ice cubes from the freezer.
Controls and energy
You control both appliances on the monochrome touch display. The SmartDeviceBox for the Liebherr app is available as an accessory. Each appliance has its own energy label: the SFNsfd 5247 class D (199 kWh per year, 36 dB), the SRsfd 5220 class D (98 kWh per year, 35 dB). Together that is 297 kWh per year.
Placement and dimensions
The set is freestanding. Ventilation is at the front. The SFNsfd 5247 is hinged on the left and the SRsfd 5220 on the right, so the doors open outwards.
